Brian L was great! He arrived as expected (actually, the office called to say he could arrive even earlier than expected, if that worked for us), and he was knowledgeable, personable, and articulate. He inspected our unit thoroughly, and then he delivered the bad news that we need a completely new unit, letting us down ever so gently. After explaining things to me, he patiently spent almost 20 minutes on the phone answering my husband's questions. Brian L. is a credit to Weltman.
