Jeff Brodie serviced our furnace on 10/30/2017. He was on-time, personable, informative and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He noticed by our license plates that my wife and I are both veterans, and he thanked us for our service. This is observant and respectful, and I appreciate his going out of his way to thank us. He discussed the necessity of having surge protection for the furnace, at which time I showed him that we already have whole-house protection which covers the furnace as well. His concern and attention to detail impressed me, and we would be pleased to have Jeff provide service for us again on a future occasion.
