Review content:
We had supreme air duct clean our homes air ducts. There was one small issue with putting a vent cover on backwards. They forgot to come back out to reverse it so we called them. Do you know what they did? They sent us a check for $100.00 AND came back out to fix the vent cover that was on backwards. We have never experienced this level of customer service ever. Companies say their sorry but this company sent us a $100.00 check WOW this is what customer service should be like
