This property is one of the best hotel stays we have had in a very long time. Check in was a breeze and the front desk clerk was friendly and warm. The room was modern, clean, and spacious. The internet was fast and we had no issues connecting to it. My husband was in absolute awe of the shower! The breakfast was hot and delicious with several options to satisfy anyone's preference. Even the coffee was decent, which is very rare for a free hotel breakfast. The iron worked properly, the A/C was nice and cold, and even though there were lots of guests it was quiet and calm. The property was safe and well lit. We were in Chicago for both business and personal and being one block north of 294 made it easy to jump on the toll road to get anywhere in the city or suburbs we wanted to go. All of the staff were very nice and professional and made us feel so very welcome. We have discovered our new go-to hotel in Chicago! I will not stay anywhere else and will always book my family and friends here after we move to Chicago and they come visit. We appreciate the stellar service we were given very much! Very highly recommended.
