This used to be a great jeweler's, but I'm sad to say things have changed. Last year, I took 4 or 5 watches in that needed replacement batteries. One watch stopped working less than a week later. So I returned with to the shop and wanted them to check to see if it was the battery or the watch. A young woman took the watch to the back, returned a few minutes later, handed me the watch and said, "it's the watch." This was not surprising as it was not an good watch. My mistake was that I should have had her give me the battery I had already paid for. At home, when I got the watch open, there was no battery in it. So how do I know that the woman told me the truth? And where is the battery I paid for and would have worked in another watch? Now I do not trust them. Sad.
