We received three bids prior to choosing to go through Shellback as their prices were competitive and reasonable. However the main reason why we chose Shellback was Byron. When Bryon stopped by to our home to survey our needs, you could immediately tell that he has a wealth of experience. But most importantly he made sure we were heard so that he truly understood our needs and goals. If something was not needed, he would say so and explain why. Some time had passed and when we were ready to proceed after evaluating the other plumbing companies, there was no doubt that we would go through Shellback, so I followed up to set up the appointment. When Byron arrived he was comfortable with me standing close by to learn and be part of the entire process. He educated us on how everything was going to work and took the extra mile to help out with any detail that we needed. It’s like the feeling when someone in your family is helping you out with fixing up things at your house, you just felt confident and comfortable that things were going to be done right with care and detail the first time around. It’s hard to find a good plumber you could trust. That said, I look forward to sharing my positive Shellback experience with family and friends.
