Live out of town, buying a truck from an Ogden dealer, had the battery checked out by NB, was told needed a battery. Told them to go ahead, second battery purchase this week with them. I was called by the dealer after my wife and I had tried numerous times to call NB and pay for it, the dealer was told that they were holding the truck because they don't answer the phones after 2, it's was 2:05....when I asked to talk with whoever was ranting in the back ground, the guy got on the phone and could not be reasoned with, extremely rude, would not settle down and let me explain our situation. They made the sales lady use her CC to pay for my Battery. My family and I have supported this company since my father had a Service station in Ogden, We will never purchase from here again!
