To whom it may concern: My husband and I are the next door neighbors and care takers for The Gainers residence in South Gulf Cove. We had a wonderful experience with Grant N. on 08/03/17. In all the years we have been here its our first meeting with one of your employees. Gran introduced himself, explained why he was here and then proceeded to show my husband and I what needed to be done, he dug and uncovered many sprinklers, went into the control panel in the garage and explained to my husband what to do following a power failure and how to put the system on the two days permitted. Grant was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a true gentleman. He also left us his card and told us that he would be getting a new phone number soon and to contact the office if we need him and they would also give us his number if we had any issues in the future. This young man was wonderful with the heat the way it has been he was extraordinary. Congratulations on who ever hired a true professional as I am sure you are already aware of. Our Sincere Thanks for his wonderful help. I will also inform the Gainers Steve and Loretta Cooper
