I've been a loyal Toyota customer since 2003, and currently on my 4th Toyota upgrade. I've always had great customer service and have always been treated as a valued customer. Harry Whitaker, III is by far one of the most dedicated and ambitious employee I've dealt with at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Harry is persistent, and will work hard for you to get you a great deal. He is very knowledgeable, professional and outgoing. He remembers details. He will follow-up with you just to check how things are going with your new vehicle. He will contact you on your birthday and vehicle purchase anniversary. Just the simple actions that will make you feel as a valued customer. I also referred my aunt and my sister last year and they both left Wesley Chapel Toyota in brand new vehicles after working with Harry.
