One star is too many for this company. We were having an HVAC issue at one of our rentals and called this company to assess the issue and give us a quote. An appointment was made, someone went and took a look.... we were told we would have an estimate by the next day. Two days later, still no estimate... again someone went back out to supposedly take more measurements. This was 3 weeks ago and we have called over 10 times requesting the quote. The woman who answers their phones is clearly disgruntled or needs medication, as she is so rude and dismissive that it's a wonder they have any paying customers at all. This woman lied every time and stated she would get ahold of the person who was working on our quote and get right back to us.... BEWARE!!! Don't waste your time with this rude, unprofessional company.
