Specialty Heating & Cooling has been our provider of choice for inspections & service to our Carrier A/C system. Since our previous Carrier was installed nearly 30 years ago, it was time to invest in an updated system. We chose to purchase another Carrier system, and are very pleased with the Sales Representative/Supervisor, Nick Sferrazza and with the Installation Technician "Adam". Nick showed us a variety of options for the new system, and physically inspected the interior and exterior of our house, so we could make the best choice. Adam showed up right on time early on the scheduled installation day, and worked beyond the anticipated completion time, due to some unexpected glitches involving the way the original system had been installed. However, he contacted Nick and they created a work-around that is better than the original and meets all the necessary codes. We couldn't be happier with the results and with the dedication and service provided by both Nick & Adam. We would highly recommend Specialty Heating & Cooling - 5 stars all the way.
