This company recently installed a high efficiency furnace and air conditioning system along with a WIFI thermostat, humidifier and clean air system for us. I could not be happier with the system and the excellent customer service that I received. Alisha and Robin were the dispatchers that I spoke with. They were helpful, polite, and kept me informed. Eric N. was the representative who evaluated the heating and cooling needs of my house and made recommendations regarding the equipment needed. He was very thorough in examining my house and the existing system and then explaining his recommendations. A representative from another company that I interviewed was not as thorough and said things that I found out to not be true and honest. The installers were Chris G. and Josh. They arrived on time, worked neatly and cleanly and took care not to cause any damage to my house. After the system was installed and checked out, Chris G. carefully explained how things worked to my satisfaction. The system that Eric N. recommended is keeping the three levels of my house very comfortable, during this cooling season, compared to my previous system. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend Dr. Fix-It Heating, Cooling and Electric without any reservation.
