Review content:
It's too late to regret having a kid with someone you're having a custody issue with, but I'm glad I called David Shapiro when my ex called the cops and got me arrested for child endangerment. It was completely unfair, it was just an accident, but what can I say. She's willing to use anything to get sole custody of our daughter. All I can do is defend myself and prove myself to be the good father everyone knows me to be. \r \r My 4 year old daughter had swallowed an ecstasy pill she found in her older brother's room (he's my son with another ex), and her mother blamed the emergency room visit on me. Don't get me wrong--I am very disappointed in my son for bringing drugs in the house and believe me when I say that his mother and I really disciplined him. \r \r I was very upset that the police arrested me based on what my ex said. My daughter started feeling the effects after her mom picked her up, and that's when she had to rush our daughter to the hospital. Since our daughter ate a pill she found in my house, my ex assumed it was my drug, and I was being irresponsible and just leaving it around the house--and the police believed her! I had never been arrested in my life! \r \r I looked for the best criminal defense attorney I could find in San Diego, and I narrowed my search to a few lawyers. I finally decided to go with David Shapiro, because of his track record on all areas of criminal law, including tough cases like DUIs and drug charges. He took care of everything and got the charges dismissed for lack of evidence. I was surprised everything got resolved so quickly, but I really shouldn't have been surprised. David is a hell of a lawyer, so if you're ever facing criminal charges in San Diego, there's really nobody better you can call.
