Review content:
Having issues with my brakes and just wanted to make sure that the previous work done was not at fault. They were unable to replicate my problem, but verified and checked the previous work done without question or complaint. Additionally had a diagnosis done of my engine, to which they gave me the direction to start moving forward for repairs so that my truck could be properly running. Overall very helpful and professional with minimal cost endured.
David was exceptional with ensuring the information and diagnosis was correctly addressed, Katy was pleasant and professional for providing the shuttle from the shop and back, Mike fully explained what was found and listened to my concerns and answered my questions with understandable language and no attempt to up sell or falsely try to incorporate other services from the company that were not needed like most other mechanic shops do.
