Review content:
I had American Housekeeping clean my house for the first time this month. The two ladies were very pleasant and appeared to know their job. I am very particular with my cleaning standards and my comments probably show that. I appreciated the thorough vacuuming of carpeting. The first visit was to be a deep clean but I didn't really "feel" any difference than before they arrived. I would like to recommend the use of something other than a feather duster. It didn't really seem like the surfaces were touched. Also the throw rugs in bathrooms needed to be shaken not just brushed. The rugs in those rooms tend to gather hair and other things that require a shake.
An accidental spill occurred but was handled quickly and offers for reparations.
I needed to move scheduled day due to activities in home. Not very flexible on shifting weeks once original schedule set. I've not had them in the home now for three weeks due to thus issue.
