Review content:
I used Dugas for a rodent problem. I initially called them for what we thought was a mouse problem which turned out to be rats. I had the $600 service where they sealed up holes on the outside and trapped in the attic. The first traps were simple glue traps that the first technician put out. The glues traps that were placed out were the same ones I bought from my local hardware store. Nothing was caught. The second technician double checked external entry points and put out traps all throughout the attic and downstairs. The initial visit was April 27th and it is now June 29th with nothing trapped or killed. I killed two large rats in my yard with an air gun coming from some vegetation behind my fence. I did let each technician know about where I had seen them. I still have not had my final visit. The last technician came and was still recuperating from a surgery he had three days before so I asked to reschedule when he could actually climb around in my attic without hurting himself. My neighborhood is expanding and fields are being cut and dug in so we will have to see if the external entry points are all covered. One thing that was difficult was scheduling my return inspection visits. They seem to have a shortage of technicians trained in rodent control so I was have to reschedule my work day around when they were available.
