They do a great job. I have used their services twice now, and I have been very impressed. They have good, powerful equipment that gets the job done. I have known one of the technicians there for a while now, and he really goes the extra mile. I had a new puppy, and around Christmastime when I put the tree up, the dog had started marking around the tree. I didn't realize it until the tree went down and there was a big stain left behind. This technician worked extra hard to get the stain out. He hand cleaned that spot on the carpet to make the stain was removed, and he kept working at it until it was gone. He has always been prompt, very friendly, and neat while working. He will pick up and move things to make sure everything gets cleaned, too. I know their staff members provide excellent quality, and I highly recommend them.
