I call Frank Gay Plumbing out of Orlando for a estimate to renovate an older home. While there, I scheduled a serve check on the AC system. They arrived promptly which is where the ""service"" really stopped. For $112 they charge you get a diagnostic only - no service. After 10 minutes and only checking the pressure on the system they arrived at 7 maintenance items totaling over $1100. Fortunately I have worked on HVAC systems in the past and saw most as ways to extract $$ from the customer. I did pay for $350 for truly needed items and things I did not have tools for but I was truly disappointed in their service. Of course none of the diagnostic fee applied towards this total. Needless to say I dodged a bullet on their plumbing. Lastly, they need to have more professional technicians - the technician they sent actually had his tools in a shaving kit and spoke only broken English. My advice - call someone else.
