My past stays have always been pretty much uneventful. The staff has always been friendly, the rooms quite and clean. The amenities are great and the Continental Breakfast is one of the best. Now I have experienced their customer service first hand after I made a booking error on the internet. I contacted the front desk who in turn gave me to Arlene who corrected the situation I created within minutes. She also gave me full credit for my booking error and booked me immediately for the original date I was looking for. Looking forward to my stay in October
