Review content:
I brought my car in for a factory recall. Later that day I received a call letting me know that I had a broken TPI sensor. When I inquired as to why they were touching my wheels, they said that it was a complimentary service that they give everyone. I let them know that I had NO issues with my car other then the factory recall prior to dropping my car off. They agreed to replace my TPI sensor at no expense, after I complained on having a bill from something that I did not authorize them to do. ($160 prior to my complaint.) the TPI sensor was replaced by a plain old valve stem. This is just another dealership bulking their customers for money whenever they bring their cars in for factory recalls. It's illegal, but seldom caught. $85 with tax at Dunn Tire btw.
