They took such great care of our poor, sick kitty! They went above and beyond to make sure that we got the care that we needed, and ONLY the care that we both needed and wanted, unlike other vets that will try to sneak in charges when you're in a vulnerable position. They made sure to clearly explain everything that they wanted to do before doing it so that we knew the price going into it, and the preliminary exam fee, even if we had chosen to back out and not receive treatment, was way more reasonable than I expected for an emergency visit. The staff was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and all around awesome. Plus, my cat loved them! Honestly makes me wish they could be our regular vet too, but alas! They only do emergency care.
