Review content:
During a lightning storm I had a strike at the house and it knocked out electricity to the upstairs air conditioning unit as well as power on one side of the house. An electrician came out and fixed the power issue but the A/C still wasn't working and a part needed to be ordered for one of the units. When installing the new part one of the guys from Perry's noticed a problem with the furnace that explained some of the higher gas bills I had in the winter months. Overall there were 2 different employees that came out and both were competent and thorough. One of them seemed like he was in his 60s but still climbed into the attic in the summer in Tucson. The A/C part was the most expensive portion of the bill but the price was reasonable and in the end my homeowners warranty picked up the bill.
PROS: Knowledgeable, thorough, highly recommended
CONS: Not one
