We moved to Dr. Dawn several years ago after dealing with a "city" clinic that seemed to be motivated by the bottom line and not by well being of patient or owner. Dr. Dawn is a country vet and by that I mean she treats both small and large animals. We breed and show our dogs and also have horses and pigs. I can't think of a single time I've called for a same day or same week appointment and been denied with the exception of the few times doc has taken a vacation. Because MRAC is a country vet it's run by Dr. Dawn and one or two staff members at any given time. It's not the big time city vet that has a slew of staff members for each and every task. Because Dr. Dawn handles most of the tasks herself her clients get her undivided attention while they're in the office. It's not unusual to wait but I've never been to any doctor or ER and been seen the instant I walked in the door. I'll bypass the high overhead of a city clinic for the personal attention I get at MRAC. On the occasion we've
