We understand that not all of our Clients will always be completely happy with the experience they have at our Clinic. We constantly strive to do the best job we are trained for and use the best judgment years of experience has given us. We do get many complements from our repeat Clients and hear good things from many happy Clients that do not take the time to post them on the Internet. Still, we are always interested in knowing if things aren?t quite meeting the expectations of some of our Clients. \r Dr. Dawn is a pet owner, herself, having over 35 animals in her own personal care, many of which were unwanted by owners or potential adopters.
