My husband called Reliable for a problem with our air conditioner. They give a 3 hour window and the tech did show up on time. He looked around and said there was nothing wrong with our air charged us $50 and went on his way. A few days later we called again with the same problem. Tech came out and stated it was the thermostat and for $153 he would come back the next day at 6:00 to replace it. Wanting to get the air fixed we agreed. 6:00 comes no tech and no call. 6:30 my husband calls and is told our window was from 5:00 to 8:00 so we wait. 8:15 comes and no tech. My husband receives a voice mail at 8:45 telling us they were to busy to keep our appointment which was made a day in advance and would we reschedule. I called him this morning at 9:04 am and it is now 12:30. NO CALL. Needless to say this is one irresponsible company and I will never call them again.
