That's it in a nutshell, really. My husband had a minor accident a few years back and since it was business related his company picked the auto repair shop. Ok, it was right in town so no big deal. We had the car fixed and the job was absolutely perfect--done in just a few days, but when we saw the price tag we were really gratetful to pass it on to the boss.
