Review content:
You always shutter when your car is towed into a body shop or any shop for repairs, can they do the job right will my vehicle look like nothing ever happened or will it look like heck. If you are taking it to CARSTAR on Jordan Road don't worry. My experience was nothing but great, the folks are friendly and above all helpful. My guy Matt seemed to understand my concerns and kept me up to date on the process as it went along and that made a big difference for me seeing how my truck is as good a friend as my wife in fact I know my truck better than I know my wife and am very particular about the way it looks and drives. Bob the mechanic for CARSTAR also is great to work with very knowledgeable and does his best to deliver a perfect package back to the customer. Between both Matt and Bob my truck looks like nothing happened and performs the way it should. How could I say any thing negative about my experience with CARSTAR, they are true professionals.
