We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. VERY UPSET! Daughter went to Classic Cuts after saving her money for months to get a hair cut and blue dip dye. The haircut looked nothing like the picture she took with her. The dye turned out green and washed out the next day! Placed a phone call and received no reply. Went to salon to show the owner/manager what had happened. The owner was extremely rude and walked away from me mid-sentence. Told my daughter she had picked an un-fashionable color and that yellow (blonde) hair & blue makes green. He did finally offer to re-do dye for free, but who would trust someone to do that again, after making it a sick green? We wanted a refund, but he refused. He couldn't even tell me the prices for the service and changed the cost several times, the prices are not posted in the salon were we could see them. $100.00 for this poor service and rude treatment made me feel sick!
