Tim Perkins did a superior job in servicing my three Trane heat-pump systems. He was meticulous and worked diligently to ensure my units were working to top efficiency.
Tim was also very courteous and obviously is a highly knowledgeable technician.
Having retired after running a family-owned air conditioning & heating business for over thirty-five years (our 92-year-old company is now the NJ-NY area Trane Distributor and owned by my nephew), I can attest that Tim is top-notch and a credit to Albemarle Heating and Air.
I'm "spoiled" -- I'll want only Tim on future calls!
