Dr. Blotnick was wonderful, BUT the Billing person was rude, unkind and disrespectful. I was never able to finish a sentence because she was always interrupting me. She had incorrectly calculated my insurance and my co-pay. I would have needlessly paid $112. Thankfully Charlotte Ear Nose and Throat Specialist have multiply offices and the billing department correctly did their job. I didn't pay anything for my treatment. There are other eye specialist in Charlotte. I would suggest finding anyone else and save yourself the hassle.
