Been using these people for many years. Took about 4 years to get an understanding that I didn't want two tuneups a year - one for furnace and one for heat pump, and they I wanted to do them at the same time. Finally got that straight after threatening to stop doing business with them.
Also have them take care of furnace at my daughter's house annually.
They do good work, they're neat, tidy, and polite, so I give them a good recommendation. But they can be overly pesky with their phone calling system and their desire for follow up reviews.
