Review content:
Katie did a very thorough preventive maintenance job on our heat pumps. This is the second time she was assigned to our home and shows a great work ethic. She suggested a modification to the condensate pump in our basement to shut down the outside units if the pump failed to work. This would stop additional condensate from overflowing the pump container and causing a mess. Just a few days after Katie left, the discharge hose was clogged and the pump container filled to the point of tripping the relay that shut down the outside units. I cleared the discharge hose and the condensate was pumped out and the outside units came back on. Thank you Katie for a great idea and saving us a messy cleanup!!
