I'm so disappointed with my service. I've been a patient for over 2 years now. Dr. Bierer has a poor bedside manner, but Dr. Houpe is very good. Today I had two appointments, my 20 week anatomy ultrasound and a follow-up with Dr. Houpe. Well I got there and proceeded to check in, only to be informed that my appointments were cancelled and they failed to notify me, not only that they refused to get me seen even though it was THEIR fault. My husband took time off work, I live about a half hour away, not to mention had to wake my 1 year old up from a nap. This is unprofessional and unacceptable considering this is a business that supposedly caters to their patients. I will not be returning and will find a new OB/GYN. Extremely disappointed. I also tried contacting the manager, but have yet to receive a call back. There have also been quite a few occasions where I waited 2 to 3 hours for an appointment, but the one time I was 5 minutes late they threatened to make me reschedule.
