Review content:
I used Michael & Son to put add on a expansion tank on my water heater and a pvc pipe running from my water heater. They provided a quote to do a return for the HVAC. The quote was for $450, but when they were asked about doing the work they stated that the quote was to low, yet it is on your letter head from a person who works for your company. My next step will be to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I would never ever, ever use them again. I sad part is I can't even get someone to call me back or admit they are wrong by not honoring their document.
