I would not reccommend anyone to travel with this company. They planned a poor trip to Europe, with dirty hotel stays, bed bugs, cheap food included. And they received poorreviews, and negative responses from the customers. They blamed their constituents and 3rd party when in essence they failed to do the research. Now they refuse to accomodate the people. Instead, they offered a $300 travel voucher towards the next trip with their company used within a year. What an insult!
