From my phone call to the office on Monday to the furnace replacement on Tuesday, everything was totally efficient and top notch. Tom, the service tech arrived the day I called and said we needed a new furnace. Randy sent us quotes and the very next day Mark installed a new furnace. Unbelievable that so much could happen so fast. The whole job was neat and clean and super quick.Even though, a furnace purchase was not in our plans, we definitely needed a new one and contacting Chappell Central was definitely the right thing to do. Great job to all involved.
