I paid $200.00 and after 2.5 hrs they text me saying they are done.i am a man and I keep better house than most women.{no disrespect}.I could not believe my eyes when I got home.i had that feeling while I was working that there is no way to clean 2000 sq. ft. in 2.5 hrs.i paid extra to swept and mop the basement.they used my house vacuum to sweep the basement.really? all they did was make me hire somebody else to clean after them.this is 5/16/17 and i'm warning you right now if you hire them you will get what's coming to you if you read this review and take a chance on them.they are claiming bonded and she told me that the card says they are but their not.she says that she is to lazy to go sign the papers.i know.the bells went off but I was on lunch break and I knew....i have been getting my house cleaned for years when I'm not married and I have never been so disrespected by a service as I have been by this one.you have been warned.if you have hard wood floors look under your bed when they finish.didn't even clean my mirror in my bathroom.come on people.did I mention initial cleaning $200.00
