Review content:
Yes, service is excellent. But prices are UP 25% in one year! The main reason I chose Pacific several years ago was that it was a good, local company with reasonable pricing. Here's an example: During my recent AC tune-up, the tech replaced a $5 plastic part for over $200 service charge. It took her all of 5 minutes. Last year, I declined the very same work which was quoted at $150. I realize the company has to train the techs and provide benefits, but Pacific is pricing itself out of the market.
Also, the telephone calls from the company are relentless. There is a continuous barrage of phone calls and emails. If you don't call back to confirm a set appointment, they will threaten to cancel your slot!
