Our entire experience with Lynch Toyota was fantastic! Nazmin was warm and professional during our discussions. She was clearly busy, but never made us feel rushed. Jason was also great! I spent a little time explaining some of the documents to my 18 year old daughter and he was very thorough, patient and pleasant. I don't remember the name of the woman who explained all the details of the vehicle to my daughter, but their interaction was very good.
We appreciated the staff moving things along so we did not have to make another trip to CT to pick up the car.
It has been many years since my husband and I purchased a new vehicle. We were anticipating a long, stressful day, with a lot of time wasted, in fact, the process was fun! A great first time, car buying experience for my daughter! Next time we are in the market for a vehicle, I would definitely consider working with Lynch again, despite the fact that we have several Toyota dealers within 20 miles of our home.
