This was our first experience dealing with a window contractor and we just got lucky right from the start. Don’t get me wrong, our Anlin windows are great but it’s the service we would come back for. From the day that Don Adams came out and measured our window openings to the day of installation, we have been very satisfied with the entire AVW team. We have been treated like part of their family from the very beginning. We did recently have to return one of our Duette Window shades for repair (under warranty) and again Tracy Brough with AVW took care of us, making sure we were completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend them. They work hard to get your business and even harder to keep it.
