I have been a patient of Dr. Chasin's since 2011 and I absolutely love him!! I cannot say enough about how kind, caring and compassionate he is . . . his bedside manner is amazing. He very clearly explains treatment options and pros and cons for issues you are looking to address to enable you to make the best decision based on your desired outcome. Over the years, I have had many procedures including Fraxel and VBeam laser, botox and Juvederm performed by Dr. Chasin and have always been very happy with my results.
In 2015, I began to discuss options for addressing muscle laxity in my lower face and neck area. After many consultations with both Dr. Chasin and Dr. Karolak, I decided on a lower face and neck lift with fat transfer in December 2016. I was very apprehensive about have surgery, but I am so thrilled with the result!
Dr. Karolak, like Dr. Chasin, has an incredible bedside manner and is very warm, compassionate and caring. As I mentioned, I was very apprehensive and think I might have had 3 consultations with him before making my decision. He very patiently took the time to talk me through the process and shared many before and after pictures of his patients to aid in my decision.
I would be remiss in my review if I did not mention the incredible staff that works to support this practice. Everyone is very professional, friendly and kindhearted in their interactions with me and other clients. However, I need to give special thanks and recognition to the following individuals as they have been extremely supportive and kind to me over the years and through my many procedures: Amy, Paula, Michelle and Mary Ellen . . . you are all amazing women!!
In summary, if you are looking to improve the way you feel about yourself and are looking for two of the best doctors to help you, I would highly recommend Drs. Chasin and Karolak – you won’t be disappointed!
