I have been a Snyder customer for 16 years and have always been satisfied with their service. Howerver, after having a new AC system just recently installed I felt compelled to write this review. My unit was 16 yrs old and my house is over 40 yrs old. Robert and Mike were my install technicians. Both men were curtius, polite and VERY professional! To say the least with the age of my house there was bond to be some issues with things not just right for an "normal" install job ! Each and ever time these two ran into "issues" they took on the challenge like two warriors and professionally attacked them. They did not settle for that will do good enough...they ensured it was done right and professionally. They explained each problem they encountered and what, why and how they were going to complete each task. It was a long day for them but in the end they prevailed and maintained their professional demeanor. Two other gentlemen came in later during the day to assist and were just as professional as Robert and Mike. This is how businesses need to operate and and employ quality employees like Robert and Mike. I will continue to use Snyder as my AC company and will continue to recommend them to others as long as they maintained this standard of excellence. Job well done!
