About 8 months after the birth of my son, my son's mother left the state of IL and fled to AZ with my son severing the precious bond I had developed with him. I was devastated and had no idea what recourse was available to me as a father. So I contacted the Offices of Jeffery M Leving.
Andrew Muchoney was on the case instantly and proved to be empathetic, caring, and genuine in his desire to help my situation. He listened to my case, guided me through the process, and was readily available whenever I called with questions or concerns. Throughout this extremely emotional process, Mr. Muchoney, has shown an amazing understanding of family law and fought valiantly for my rights and my child's best interest all while allowing me to regain my focus on being a dad to my son.
After having secured my parental rights to my son, I can honestly say there is no better feeling for a dad than holding & hugging your son after such a scary experience. Thank you Mr. Muchoney for fighting for my Father's rights!
