My dog was in terrible shape when I picked him up!!!!!!!!! He lost an enormous amount of weight, his fur was shedding and he was weak ;he was not himself at all. When I would call to check on him the staff told me he was doing fine which was not true. Cost me 200 bucks in vet bills to get him back in shape.
