Review content:
Things have been getting worse at this kennel. They used to be a small resort like facility but are now expanding and growing - and losing focus on what's important - the animals. They actually sent our dog home with someone else who came to pick up their dog (similar breed). When we arrived to pick up our dog (who is like our child), we were given someone else's dog. When we told them that this wasn't our dog, they got nasty and insisted that we didn't know what our own dog looked like.
