I called for our unit to be charged up. From the time the Tech arrived he was trying to sell me filters, a wi-fi wall unit and wanted to show me 6 different plans I could choose for him to charge up my a/c. I was so upset and kept telling him he was called out for charging up my unit. He told me he was not allowed to just charge it! They had been two months prior and it was not an issue but now it was. I shook his hand and asked him to leave. They sent me a bill $65 and i called and was very upset as I did not get a service. I called the moment he left my house actually and the girl said she was sorry and she'd send him right back to charge my a/c. NO she didn't they never contacted me again beside an emailed bill. Awful, customer service and if they can't sell you a monthly check up thing they push they don't want to do anything if they can't get you locked into a plan. I will never recommend them or use them again. RESPONSE FROM HendrixAir: We are sorry that our system of options for different levels of repair wasn't conducive to this situation. This could have been handled much differently by the technician, although he was only following procedures. The service manager did contact this customer to make a return trip, only to have it not be scheduled. I honestly cannot say what caused that issue, but it seemed to be a honest mistake and lack of communication.
