Chuck was really nice, professional and helpful, got the job done pretty quick, but however I have a BAD view of your Sears store in Greenwood, IN, they sold me the wrong remote, paid cash, lost receipt and because the Sales rep didn't register me I couldn't get my 47.00 back for the one they told me would work, I even gave them the model number to make sure I would get the right remote.
