It's very seldom that I can provide a 5 Star (Stellar Performance) for any service that I have requested with ANY service required on my home ie; plumbers, electricians, lawn service....! However; I feel it necessary to give credit where credit is due. This service technician Joandy..not only punctual, courteous, and confident with his work, he also took a great deal of PRIDE in what he was doing. He explained everything that he was doing in layman terms and provided me with a sense of comfort knowing he was doing the work on my TRANE air handler. Joandy is a prime example of what I consider to be a beacon for your company! Proving to me that honesty, integrity and reliability is still available through Action Air Conditioning, INC.
