Many thanks to the Roth Team, including Frank B (plumber) on their tremendous help with our broken water pipe back in January. It could have been a simple fix, but we decided to transition from a tank water heater to a tankless at the same time. What we thouhgt would be a fairly easy transition turned into quite a job. Thankfully, Frank and the rest of the team were extremely helpful on explaining everything! They took their time to answer our questions, as silly as they were, until we felt comfortable with moving forward. We can't say enough good things about their efforts, from scheduling to installing a whole new gas line! From driving all over the PDX metro area trying to find the exact part for the exhaust line to the final inspection! They really went above and beyond for us, especially when it was such a crazy winter with many broken pipes! Thank you Roth Team!!!
