The design process was seamless. Mark Sidell walked us through every step of the way. He did an awesome job and made sure to recommend a beautiful polyurea floor that worked perfect as a compromise for my husband and I since we each choose a different floor color.\r

The installation was exactly what Mark promised...perfect. The Closet Factory Team is actually the Motor Trend Team as well and they did a great job on the cabinets and the floor. Everything looks ten times better than anything else we had seen. The floor step where the water heater sits was done which was a big surprise for us, since we were not expecting that part to be done.\r

We decided to work with Closet Factory/Motor Trend because they were ranked extremely high with the better business bureau, which was a big plus since we have had other issues with another company for a different project. Also, our designer Mark made sure we were comfortable with every step and answered any questions we had. Plus, the communication with everyone who was involved with our project was not only comforting but made everything move smoothly. Can't recommend Mark and the Closet Factory people highly enough.\r
